This week's HerStory, may bring up some memories for a few of you..

Milk for this program was supplied in connection with Isaly’s Dairy, highlighting a partnership between community organizations and local businesses. The Club worked together with Isaly's to raise money for this project by collecting milk bottles around homes in Marion that were never returned back to the milkman! This milk and cracker experiment reflected growing national awareness during the early 20th century of the link between proper nutrition, child health, and academic success, and demonstrated the Marion Women’s Club’s forward-thinking role in public health initiatives.

OUR MISSION: Empowering women and enriching the community, while preserving the historic home and promoting the Club’s legacy.
