Our work continues to preserve and protect the historic home and property, and to continue to empower women and enrich our community. Projects the Club Board has identified:
Repairing the historic home’s rotted back porch/steps/hand railings
Installing exterior signage along East Center Street & True Avenue
Rebuilding the steps/landing/overhang of middle entrance to Auditorium

Transformed the original carraige house into the Women's History Resource Center, serving the community and housing our rich archives
Restored the historic Front Porch and repaired surrounding foundation
New roof on the historic home
Created the Ida Barlow Brilliance Award for a local woman nonprofit leader/business owner
Installed drainage system in/around historic home to stabilize infrastructure/prevent basement flooding

Endowment Fund
The Marion Women’s Club Home Endowment Fund was established in 2015 to support in perpetuity the programs and property of the Home at 1126 East Center Street in Marion, Ohio. Annual grants from the fund may be used for capital improvements and to meet unexpected and critical financial needs.
The Ida Barlow Brilliance Award Fund was created in 2020 by the membership of the Marion’s Federation of Women’s Clubs to support in perpetuity the Ida Barlow Brilliance Award.
